[Resolved] Netmeds — order placed on 24/09/2018 and cancelled by me, my money has not been refunded | |||||
I have placed the order (Order no. Nms[protected]m) on 24/09/2018 at 11:47 am and i have paid for the product through online itself. For some reason i had to cancel it and when i did i was assured that i will get my money back its been 2 months since then i still have not received any amount or response for my complaint from their side. What kind of a garbage company they are running. I want my money back asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jan 31, 2019 Netmeds Customer Care's response Dear Sanjeev K P, We o regret any inconvenience caused. The order mentioned was placed on 24th September 2018, and we have received the cancellation request from your end on the very same day. Likewise, the amount was refunded to the original mode of payment on the 25th of September 2018 of Rs.102.70. Now if the transaction was made from your Paytm wallet account it will be credited back to the same Paytm account. In case you have used a debit or credit card / Net banking for making the payment then it will be refunded back to the same which will take about 5-7 business days from the day of refund. In case if you have still not received the refund kindly do get back to us at [protected]@netmeds.com so that we can share the transaction details with you for the refund.
