Netmeds — price increase at the time of delivery

I ordered some medicines as usual, but this time with cod option. The delivery was split into two and the transit charge was taken from me in 1st part delivery. Afterwards, they increased the cost of second medicine by 10% stating some reasons and sent the courier without taking an agreement for this new price.
This is total unprofessional and unreliable behaviour and i wish to remove my account from netmeds now.
