[Resolved] Netmeds — receiving of wrong product. | |||
I ordered two medicines with due prescription. The prescription were verified by doctor. I received the parcel. When i checked the drugs i found the drugs which i demanded and i received are different. So i called the call centre, representative registered my complain and told me that within twenty four hours you will get refund. I mailed whole story to [protected]@ netmeds. As we see the original order was approved based on an online Rx arranged for you against your order. But as you have informed us about it we have arranged for a reversal and shipped out what you were been prescribed for. We created a reshipment order and also have refunded the difference amount back to your bank account.
