[Resolved] Netmeds — returns delay | |||
I have ordered the medicines for my grandmother but she went overseas so we do not require the medicines. I have requested for tge return via email more than a week ago. I just received an SMS stating the pick up was unsuccessful where the pick up was not attempted at all. My mother will be present at home all the time. Nor I have received any calls with regards to pick up. I called the customer care 2 days back and they acknowledged the pick up was not done and they said will arrange a return within 48 hours. It is more than 48 hours still no response. I have all the emails which i have sent netmeds. Also I have agreed to the 80% cuz the netmeds customer care agent said refund will be on netmeds wallet not in my bank account. On 17th June I have ordered 3 energy drinks from netmeds.. payment for the same was successfully received by netmeds.But the order was declined by netmeds. I have tried to contact the netmeds costumer care but they I didn't respond to my query.
