[Resolved] Netmeds.com — order declined no money back

I placed an order of a medicine from netmeds.com and after placing my order the amount has debited immediately from my bank account, by later when i track my order it's showing me, my order has been declined and they didn't returned my amount back. And there is no information regarding declined orders and i didn't received any msg from there end that the order is declined and how much time it will take to refund my amount.

Netmeds Customer Care's response Hi Reyan - We are unable to locate any order against the name you have posted this complaint as per our backend records. If you have place an order with us and has not been processed, we would request you to share the order id and the bank transaction screenshot for the payment so that we can check and take this towards closure.

Hi I placed an order on 28 Feb 2020. The Order got declined instantly but money was deducted from my account. I have attached the screenshots of the order placed with this complaint. I would like the company to either confirm my order and deliver it or to have my money refunded as soon as possible
