I called netplus customer care service for more than 10 time just to get my prime videos subscription as it is included in my 200 Mbps plan. As my billing cycle is 12 to 12 Evey month(12th Feb to 12 March).I asked them 100 times to make sure I will get it and Every time netplus agent said I am creating ticket for you. You will get in on 12th March. However I also got call from there backend team on 11th March just to confirm that I need prime video subscription or not and I said yes.I called twice on 12 March just to make sure I will get prime video subscription but still I not. Even though they were promoting IPTV subscription free with 200 Mbps plan but after I upgraded my plan I got nothing. This is company is doing scam with customers
