    I have deposited Two months payment but no bill was given to us five months before. We have asked so many times to give us the bill. They said that we have not given them any money. After that we have stopped giving any payment. Now our broadband service has been stopped. We are facing a lot of problem because of this. The shopkeeper is not listening to us. He is not picking up the call also.
    Netplus Broadband customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    For the second time this happened to me . I did online payment for recharge . Money has been deducted and sucess is shown there still my id hasnot been activated. As well as when i am calling customer care instead of helping they are only making me to wait and fooling me. I have proof of payment and everything.

        Hello sir My netplus id is 3072241
        . I have already netplus broadband connection. For last month i request to customer care to install iptv at my home.. last month my plan is upgrade to rs 999. But till date not install iptv at my home. I request all of technician or whom people who install netplus broadband at my home.. but only one reply tell all.. i coming morning but not come. I left airtel broadband replace of netplus connection. I have no complaint airtel broqdband last 4 years.. but in one month netplus have no customer care no reply.

            I have done a payment of Rs. 3535/- for ID-[protected] through Netplus App on 7th December at 7:59 AM. But, my account is still showing inactive and also I have not received any confirmation from Netplus for the payment. Pathetic customer service also not able to provide any resolution.

              I have done a payment of Rs. 3535/- for CustomerID-[protected] through Netplus App. But, my account is still showing inactive and also I have not received any confirmation from Netplus for the payment. Please find below the transaction reference number. Money got successfully paid to them, but still they are saying that it has not reached them. Their customer service is pathetic too. They are not able to provide any resolution.

                    I have paid Rs8250/- annual payment on 13/01/2020 . Which is due again in January, 2021. But by mistake bill was generated in November, 2020. Unknowingly I paid amount of Rs814/- and Rs 8250/- on total Rs 9064/- on 23/11/2020. I could not get two months free after paying annual payment. Still deduction of November and December, 2020 bill is continued, while no charges should be there for these two months.
                    BillNo: REG[protected] bill date 01/11/2020, and REG[protected] bill date 01/12/2020 .These two bills are not to be generated .Kindly correct my billing schedule and give me two months data free as per your noms.

                        I was many times complaint to the service provider but he never solves the problem, my problem my internet modem show the internet is working but the internet not working.

                        Netplus suddenly stop giving internet access in the mid night ! Worst service .

                        From the last month my wifi wiFi is not working properly it's showing no internet connection. Customer service is not replying please close my broadband from netplus now.
                        I am surviving from last 15 days dew to wifi not working, always internet it’s showing gone. If i call on customer care[protected] number getting busy. I paid for 6 month advance but not getting any resolution. It’s very very worst service getting from netplus broadband.
                        I recharged my Internet connection on 7th March 2023, but my Internet is not working. Error- No internet connection.

                        Please help me out

                          Its really frustrating to get Voice Activation on my existing Netplus broadband. I was told than with in 24-48 hrs service will be activated and will get OTP and link to sign.

                          Now its more than 72 hrs and on follow up to Netplus customer Senior team member Ms Kulveer Kaur told me that service can't be activated as all numbers in that area are exhausted and have to wait till new allocation done.

                          It was really disappointing when i requested her to escalate issue to next level and rather than giving me assurance considering my request on priority she was trying to avoid issue to her internal dept.

                          Today Netplus versionwas totally different, I am your customer since more than 2years and always pay advance Six months but at this stage Netpus is unable to provide Customer Service on Priority.

                          Request you to escalate and get Voice activated in high priority as was promised. Otherwise I will request for disconnection of Netplus broadband service and move on to other Service provider

                            Charged Rs 6000 for a new connection id is [protected] and promised 5ghz dual band router as mentioned in website of company i.e www.netplus.co.in but they gave me single band 2.4 GHz router . when i enquired that please give me a dual band router as i am experiencing slow internet speed but they denied and told me to submit Rs 3500 extra . i was totally shocked . this is the behaviour and customer service of this fake company . please highlight the issue and ask them to replace it or close the connection and refund back Rs 6000

                                Ive been paying my internet service bills since last 5 month yet I got message that my bill payments are due and now they have suspended my connection. I have provided enough proof of paid payments yet no action has been taken so far. My business depends wholly on internet and that's why I'm not able to do anything. This is not done. This is not how these people are supposed to oppress others. Kindly look into it otherwise I need to take bigger actions.

                                      The company has started billing, however, the company has not installed and commissioned IPTV even after several reminders.
                                      It is gross matter of cheating.
