I have paid Rs8250/- annual payment on 13/01/2020 . Which is due again in January, 2021. But by mistake bill was generated in November, 2020. Unknowingly I paid amount of Rs814/- and Rs 8250/- on total Rs 9064/- on 23/11/2020. I could not get two months free after paying annual payment. Still deduction of November and December, 2020 bill is continued, while no charges should be there for these two months.
BillNo: REG[protected] bill date 01/11/2020, and REG[protected] bill date 01/12/2020 .These two bills are not to be generated .Kindly correct my billing schedule and give me two months data free as per your noms.
