Suddenly my *slow* netplus internet stopped working and i thought it was a regular speed drop as they say its a server maintenance break (Lol), but i received a text on my phone that my plan has been changed to demo plan and i've consumed all the high speed quota on my account. I am trying the helpline number but its on waiting since last 10 minutes and this happened 2 times till now.. There's no way to send a complaint to them to ask why my plan has been changed.
P. S. My bill is being generated every month even if i've paid for 6 months on the day i got it installed at my house. I doubt it's been done because of not paying bill. I received a call from netplus that my bill is pending, i talked to him and informed him that i have paid for 6 months to the guy who installed and handled everything at my home, he asked his name, i told him and he said he will himself talk to him, i shouldn't worry..
Well, i am worried because i got mails to be submitted till midnight, and its 11:58 now.
