Netplus Broadband — Downloading Speed very Poor

and I have new connection 14 March 2022
But the downloading speed is not working properly
the speed is downloading 100kbps to 400 kbps
why is the speed is very slow
pls check the speed and solve my problem
my plan is 599/-
and i have bought new plan 3535/- in six month
