I'm an existing net+ broadband service subscriber with id 590462. I've been having broadband problems for about a month (It started on around 3-4 july, 2018) now and the issue has still not been resolved.
First, it was a slow internet speed issue. I called the customer care and they said that the problem will be resolved in 4-6 hours. It was not resolved but the complaint was automatically closed.
Then the internet started disconnecting intermittently, i called again. Again, i got the same assurance from customer care and the complaint was again automatically closed. I've been calling again and again for the resolution of the issue, but each time a new complaint is raised and then after a couple of days, without resolution, the complaint is automatically closed.
Then the internet stopped working complete, i called again and they said that the technician will visit. I've been waiting since 26th of july with a dead broadband connection and no technician has paid any visit.
