Netplus Broadband — internet connection not given whereas money has been taken twice.

Netplus is a fraud service provider. Their representives has taken money twice from us and has not provided us internet connection till date.. Upon calling them again and again, they talked rudely and then stopped responding.
The representative has committed that they will provide internet connection in a day, however even after months they didnot took any action.
