Hi,
I am writing this email after being disappointed with NetPlus Customer Service. I am facing the following issues, where NetPlus Customer Care not able to support me:
1) I had made my Bill Payment on 2nd Feb-2021, 2 times (First Payment Via Credit Card, 2nd Payment via NetBanking)
2) I had to pay 2 times, because, when i paid first time, it didn't show my payment. Hence i made another payment via Net Banking, but that was also not reflecting
3) I waited for 2-3 days and thought, might be reflected
4) But its very poor payment system of NetPlus and my payment not refected, then i raised a complaint in NetPlus Customer Care and also shared emails with Customer Care attaching both payment proofs (on 5th or 6th FEb)
5) Unfortunately, no resolution provided, rather my connection was suspended on 8th Feb morning.
6) i called Customer Care multiple times, no solution provided, rather My Email Id has been blocked in NetPlus sothat i can't send any more email to NetPlus
7) Even After 8 Days (its 10th Feb Today), none of my payment is reflecting in my account, even after daily call with . Further my email ID is not unblocked.
I am not sure, whom to reach for assistance/support.
