Netplus Broadband — internet service and billing | |||
I am using Netplus Broadband from last more than 1 year. Few days ago I faced issues with Internet Connectivity. So I called Customer Care for fixing this and provide me waiver. They told me that we have processed your request and new bill will be generated soon. It's been more than 10 days and no new bill is generated till now. When I called Customer Care again they told me the same thing that your request is in progress. This is totally unacceptable and embarrassing. Need to solve it asap. Netplus net is not working from several days many complaints had been registered but they won't resolve pathetic after sale service never buy Thier services they are Crook's
