Netplus Broadband — netplus fiber very poor services they don't even care for customers

Very poor service by net plus my name gaurav kairpal custid[protected]
Mobile no [protected].. My net not working from last 10 days many times i called custumer care they just hv 1 answer sir ur problem will resolve in 6 working hours... After lot of request got no of mr vijay his no is [protected] he recived my call once only after that he put my no in block list
I have mailed around 6 mails to netplus site l2. But no one cares about it did not get a single reply from mails.. Every time i call helpline they say it will take 4 to 6 hours it's more than around 10 days net still not working
