I am a customer with this company since 4 months and overall experience with this company has been horrendous, very sorry to say. I have been facing frequent problems especially with your local vendor Mr Paramjit Singh who is not at all interested in dealing with customer problems. I had connection issues with my modem for which the executive took my modem on[protected] and my ticket was closed as they gave me assurance that the very same day modem would be provided but to my surprise the concerned person switched off his phone and when I was finally able to contact him on [protected], he said why am I complaining to company I should contact him directly and he misbehaved with me as well which has left me offended and mentally harassed this kind of attitude in customer service industry is not at all acceptable.
