This is to apprise that i am user of netplus having 3 modems in various houses and i am frustrated from the service rendered by you as i had call at least 30 times in customer care but my complaint is not yet resolve after 60 hours while they assure that the complaint will be resolve in 4-6 working hours. I don't know what are there doing they are simply passing the time by humiliating their customers. I had already paid the amount however i am not getting any service since 3 days and from 1-6-19 i am changing my operator of all the 3 houses. So you are requested to rectify the fault as soon as possible and from 1 june pls stop all my 3 netplus accounts and pay back my security.
