I have registered for online payment as well as for receiving my electric bill through email, but ndmc office never send me my electric bill through my registered email and when i try to download in ndmc website the website could not be open. Please kindly look into the matter and send my bill through my registered email id. Also i could not pay my electric bill through online as the website could not be open this may also be rectify quickly by the competent authority
