When I visited the site recently to find out that they were not having land in their name and whatever the land earlier purchased from farmers had been sold out to a company named Contour Buildcon In the wake of the selling plots they had collected huge amounts of money from buyers and now not in the position to handover the possession of the plots further they are not returning the money of the buyers Police authorities from Agra and Noida failed to initiate actions against them despite repeated reporting matter in Jansunwai portal o[censored]P Government
Hence authorities were asked to take corrective measures here and penalized the defaulters for misappropriation of funds of buyers and cheating and forgery to buyers
