New India Assurance — Branch

Hello I am Hiren joshi from palanpur, Gujarat . i am advisor of new India assurance . My one of client policy was expired on 3rd jan 2021. client name is : Motibhai S Rajpal. I was visited 2 times at branch for collect of renewal notice but no one provide me renewal notice and behave with me like very badly. i want to renew car policy with new india assurance but no one give me any help from branch. at the end i was renew policy at other company. so if these type of rude behaviour with me than what about customer. if no action taken than i will compalint at ombudsman. my number is:[protected].
