New India Assurance — Car Insurance Improper Assistance
1. Ref my PB Reference ID: 815354.
2. My case is under process since 26 Apr 28 wrt claim of insurance. My policy is from New India Insurance and the Insurance Surveyor is Mahendra Shah (MOB No - [protected]). The person has been negatively dealing with the entire issue. I have reported the same to Policy Bazaar customer care call on 3 May 22 (1 pm).
3. In first instance he did not include the entire damage to the vehicle. Thereafter he has been negotiating with the Mahindra Service Center since 26 April 22 without approval of the final amount. The car has been lying untouched in Service Center since 29 Apr 22.
4. Insurance Surveyor is Mahendra Shah has not been responding to messages and called he told that he is unavailable till Wednesday. Also he called me up and inquired as to why is he receiving calls and then demanded to listen to him uninterrupted.
5. This shows an absolute lack of professionalism and lack of consideration to a customer who has paid towards the insurance. You are requested to deal with both matter and person in professional manner.
