New India Assurance — certificate regarding continuously period of policy

I have submitted the copy of policy for[protected] as third year policy from united india assurance co against the query if above claim. I am having policy from nia for the period 2018-19 and[protected].

I regretted to inform you that united also a govt. Company and it is not considered as third year policy. The claim is under query and tpa raksha is not clearing the file for claim.

You are requested to confirm why i should not go to consumer court for this claim.
