My self satish vispute, stay at dhule-ms, i have purchased used car from mumbai, having policy no.-[protected]. Rto noc is clear. I visited your dhule office to get the policy transfer in my name. But the manager denied to do so, & asked to go to the insu. Company branch from where the policy issued. You are requested to help us regarding the issue.
