(Balanced sum insured before claim - rs.144000.00) We are highly disappointed regarding very large amount of deduction (37 %) of claim lodge. I claim on 17.01.2018, but still not any of step followed. Surveior is not doing seriously and when asking to branch office rewari then office person say after surveior dilip we can do Ny thing. I am very disappointed please discuss where is gap.

I have purchased Helth Policy 4 years ago and I am regularly renewing same but i this renewal company has provided me wrong Identification card. I have complained to same TPA agency baroda, gujarat but still not resolved.

If get any emergency than who will be responsible for this mistake.
