New India Assurance — claim for medical reimbursement

I claimed a medical reimbursement for my son's (Trishaan chakraborty) treatment at tata medical centre, kolkata. He was suffering for pulmonary gvhd. The claim was received on02/01/18. The claim no. Is hh[protected]. After that 3weeks passed away but any feedback i couldn't get. So i request you kindly do as needed and give me further feedback whether it is accepted or not. If not then give me the proper reason so that i take further action for that.
