New India Assurance Co. Ltd — Mobile Insurance Policy Claim
I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime on December 2015 and took an Insurance policy for the same. Samsung Smart Cafe, a retailer shop have arranged my insurance from AdaptCare Mobile Insurance. Later I received my policy document via mail. On 31st December 2016, my mobile went off suddenly. When I went to servicing centre, they told me that board is complaint & the estimated cost will be Rs.5000/-
As, I have the Insurance, I paid a visit to the retailer shop but it was closed for 6 months. I have contacted each and every numbers in the policy document and every contact numbers was out of service. In their policy document Adaptcare says that, Adaptcare is only the facilitator & the real insurer is New India Assurance Co.Ltd.
Then I called New India's Customercare & visited the branch at M.G Road, Ernakulam, Kerala, but they all are saying that the policy number given in my policy document is not theirs, and they don't have any dealership with AdaptCare.
What should I do now????
Please help me.
