New India Assurance — customer id required for two wheeler insurance

I'm writing for the second time regarding my 2 wheeler insurance policy. I'm unable to download policy documents as I didn't receive customer ID in any form. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

Getting insurance without receiving proper policy document is as bad as not having insurance, so kindly resolve tlhe issue at the earliest for best interest if both customer and company.

Forwarding the SMS received in my registered mobile.

"Your insurance proposal for RE is approved. Policy no is[protected]."
