New India Assurance — denied for car claim and not providing surveyor report

1. First they denied to settle full claim, approving only partial for my genuine single accident damages.

2 despite of sending multiple emails, after making multiple calls they are not providing me surveyor report and photos clicked by surveyor.

3. I have emailed more than 10 days back, sending reminders daily, still haven't got proper reply.
