New India Assurance — Insurance money not refunded on time

I have claimed my car insurance on[protected]. N paid all the amout to the dealer. Insurance agent promised me to refund my money back in 7 days. Its been more than 33 days no money has been refunded in my account. Insurance agents are making my fool by saying ask us on MONDAY. Its been more than 3 mondays. Please help me as soon as its possible. Thanku
