New India Assurance — pending claim status

Hello, Its been more than 2 months since i had a claim on policy. I got my policy from lucknow, uttar pradesh and i registered my claim from dehradun, uttarakhand. I have called hundred of times but both offices are blaming each other for my pending claim instead of doing their job. I am really disappointed in the service which has provided to me till now. On 15th August. I tried to pay my premium but transection was unsuccessful and money was debited from my account. I had immediately sent email to technical support team . But it has been 2 days i haven't received any reply back. Below i am attaching the photo of transaction.
