Dear team, my name is madhu sudan sharma & my contact no.[protected].We have purchase a cattle insurance policy of my buffalo.Its cover note/policy no. Is 238751 and tag no. Is 160030/738694 on dated 21/04/2020. Unfortunately my buffalo was dead on dated 07/05/2020.Surveyor mr. Ram singh sharma was deputed in this case.I follow this matter last 6 month continue but my claim is not satellited .I am very irritate.Kindly solve my case urgently.
