Dear sir,

I and my wife have been your mediclaim policy holders for last 30 years..
I alongwith my wife go abroad every year.
While going abroad we take your overseas policy always.
Till last year, after we return from foreign country we used to submit letter to your karve road office for the refund of domestic mediclaim policy proportionate to the period we were out of country.
We used to get refund & was credited to our bank account directly.
This year also we were in usa from 13/6/2019 to 15/8/2019 & on return contacted karve road office & we were told that now such refunds have been stoppen

I request you to look into this & instruct your karve road pune branch to do the needful..
In absence of which i may have to proceed legally to wipe out injustice.
