New India Assurance — reimbursement of motor insurance ([protected]) not done after 4 month

Vehicle hr26 ce9680 having insurance policy no is[protected], met an accident on 16 august 2017 but reimbursement has not yet been made against the repair expense of inr 7980 which was sanctioned by the surveyor.

I have sent the insurance office in noida, a number of emails requesting for reimbursement but they never reply.

Request to make the payment as soon as possible.
