New_mobishiksha — monthly rs 30 deduction without my consent

Respected sir,
I would like to inform you that without my consent every month Rs 30/- deducted from my prepaid number i.e [protected] by so called "New_MOBISHIKSHA" service. I never subscribed this service and it deduct continously month by month. So kindly deactivate this service and try to refund my money. Will be grateful to you.
