It is totally disappointing on the product received from Newand.com online shopping on purchasing a shoe as shown in the image given below .But i received totally different one which is only a quality of worth Rs 400-500 .This is totally cheating a customer who trust to purchase decently on online.So I need my money back and you can take the product which i have not at all taken from your courier box received yesterday....

I ordered a combo pack of Sony head phone and Samsung power bank.
The head phone is with 'onto' logo and the power bank is local one with Samsung logo.
I emailed them twice for return but no response. This is a fully fraud site.

Sir i have the received the product which is found defective and also not same as described. i have order power bank which is duplicate and the headphone of worse quality. The company also not provide customer care number so that i could consult to them. And the product defective it seem like a second hand item. When the pacakage was opened the product was not which i ordered and provided me the duplicate nike shoes of black color. After writing reptative mails to the company the goods was not taken back and no money was refunded. To me.
