Nexa — car delivery faulty car, manufacturing fault | |||
I have recently purchased my car from greater kailash nexa showroom, baleno alpha model on 12042019, at 7 evening, my car number is dl12cq8472. Before taking the delivery. I made a notified a problem of steering wheel hardness, not working properly, but sale advisory satisfied me dat its not a problem, and did not allowed me to take test drive of car which i was purchasing. As i reached home same day, felt on way my car steering wheel is quite hard, and called the showroom manager rectified the same issue on call. The respomse of manager was normal said us our technician will visit your place, rectify issue. Next day on 13042019 saturday no one arrived home. Then again i called up manager. The next day on 14042019 at 11 am company technician arrived checked the car and said its a manufacturer fault. That person guided us to take car to service station for wheel balancing, over the there service incharge noticed the issue n again said it has steering issue its hard in movement. Now my sitting in showroom nexa greater khailash, and i want my car to be replaced must be provided new car, showroom manager are not so reponsive, when we have visited showroom, we comes to know the manager has gone to foreign trip within night he has been hidden.
