Ordered a yellow colour saree. But they delivered orange colour saree.
. I thought it could have been by mistake. When contacted them, they told to return it back on corrie. They would send yellow one. Done, as they told. But surprised... They delivered back the same orange saree to me. On contacting them, again the same story. They told us to return it back, and they would send the yellow one. Please help

Very very bad service and response, they are even not responding on email and messages.. please never ever buy anything from nexafeb...i have done a huge mistake of buying one saree from here, and now i m struggling to find out my order, it is not delivered and no one from there side is responding on my complaints and mail..i ll never buy anything from nexafeb..and i recommed also not to buy anything from nexafeb..
