This is sooraj here from kannur.. December i have booked a baleno delta rayblue car from kvr motors nexa kannur showroom which they promised me to deliver by january 28th. After several reminders and calls they called me and saying they cannot deliver it on time. And i didn't cancel the booking. So i booked the same car from am motors nexa showroom calicut. Before booking itself i asked them regarding the delivery date. They also promised me to deliver it on jan 28th. So without seeing anything i booked it. I wanted the car for my marriage ceremony which is to be held on feb 4th. This last minute again ur showroom saying they cannot deliver it on that time. What will i do i[censored] people do like this? What will i do in this last minute. If you cant deliver the car on the time then why the hell are you promising me that you can deliver it??? This is what your customer care? I dont understand. If you are very sure you cannot deliver on time then why are you making us book the car and taking advance?? This is the second time you are saying this. I want the same car on or before 1st of feb 2018. I dont want any excuses.. I[censored] cant deliver it on time then its your responsibility to say me before i booking the car. That is what manners is. I never thought nexa service is this bad.
