LETTER BEFORE ACTION
To, Shashi Bhushan Tiwari,
I, Public Prosecutor Adv. Pankaj Das, writing on behalf of Delhi
Government. Here, I am giving my introduction, as we are a Public
Prosecutor who acts in
accordance with the fair justice more likely a counsel for the defense
is a liability to the fair judicial system. We favor nor party

an advocate. The prosecutor must be impartial, fair and truthful, not

So hereby I, need to talk on a matter which raised few months ago
between you and one IT company located in Maharashtra & sending you
this adore said email in order to intimate you as here under that:
1. You decided to engage in the work of data entry operation with
one online company (located in Maharashtra) and as a part of the
mandatory process, however, you also signed an express contract
agreeing to the terms and conditions stipulated therein with the
company.
2. Furthermore, you’ve also received practical demo of the work
that you are supposed to complete & submit your work to the company.
Not only this, you’ve also received login id credentials, which was
sent to you by the company on your registered email add. You committed
& gave assurance too, to the company that you will follow all the
process which was done by you orally as well as in written. Owing to
the said express contract duly signed by you & the company. You are
liable to compensate Utility & Maintenance charges to the company if
you fail to complete the work. Once the said compensation is made, you
shall receive an NOC certificate within 24 Hours of the payment to
that company.
3. As per Sec.14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and also
the Indian Contract Act, you are bound to the terms of agreement and
thereby liable to pay the mandatory charges at the earliest.
Company has filed a Breach of Contract case against you & as a Public
Prosecutor, we are required to investigate and find out exact things
happened between you and a company. So, if, you have any kind of proof
/ evidence which fall in your favor but in against of company
than you can provide to us. Based on that I will file a petition and I
would supervise to close the case proving you innocent.
