I, c. Divakaran, purchased videocon washing machine digi gracia prime withmodel no. Wm-vid-tl-6.0 kg-vt60h12 having serial no.[protected] from next palakkad surya, soorya city bldg, gb road, palakkad, kerala. On 26/09/2014. Now the machine is not working. On extra payment dealer gave extra warranty for 2 yrs totalling to 4 yrs warranty. I have lodged a complaint with the above dealer on 04/12/2017 itself. An authorised technitian from videocon checked the machine and declared the pcboard defective requiring replacement.in spite of several reminders in person as well as over phone my washing machine has not been repaired so far.
