I am using nextra since last 3 months and i have raised over 26 tickets in this period.
Really this is some ultra bad service i have ever seen in my entire life.
My last problem consists of over 20-30 disconnection per day and with a ping loss of over 30%.
But they are falsely closing my tickets saying the issue is resolved. It has been over 1 month i am facing this issue.
Please help in this tough situation to get it resolved. I have tried everything i can to get it fixed, but they just do not do it.

Please it is a request do something with them. I do not want to make my move legally into court, wasting my time anymore.
Just see the figures, 26 tickets in just 3 months.
