I have registered above mentioned complaint for my internet service which was not working since afternoon of[protected]Time of complaint was 21:04, the executive told me that one of the technical staff will contact you in next 12 hours. Next day i went to my office and when i came back at 7:30 pm, to my surprise the problem was not rectified and the whole day there was no call to me from nextra. Then i tried calling the nextra call center, the executive picked up the call after 10 minutes and then when i requested him to tell me the approx time of resolving the issue and details of fault, the executive was blank and when i asked me to connect me to some senior, he said he is transferring the call and after holding for 10 minutes the call got disconnected. Then i called again and this time i asked the executive to not to transfer my call but call your senior to talk to me, but he was unable to help me and said that i should wait till tomorrow (Actually i was having no other option other then waiting till tomorrow), then i told the executive that arrange a call back for me from your senior and i am still waiting for it.
I think consumer has all rights to know that approx what time the complaint will be resolved and further updates too.
