Hi, i am mohmd. Idris and i applied for a new nextra broadband connection on 29th august 2018. Attaching the receipts for deposit of 3620 in cash. But the executive after collection of payment didn't revert back and suggested us to get it cancelled. After we gave consent for cancellation, he forwarded the cancellation request and since then we haven't got anything back. Please check

I have complained from last 30 days but my problem is not solved. I am very disappointed from nextra broadband. Plz disconnect my nextra internet and refund my amount paid and I will suggest my friends for not taking connection of nextra, service is worst.

Horrible Nextra service I have been calling them from last 2 days but they just say we are putting your complaint on prior basis but no use my wifi is still not working
