I got my connection disconnected and approached them to refund my security deposit amount of Rs 1500 on collection of the router. At first their customer care seemed to respond through e-mail showing concern but never chose to act. I then escalated my complaint to nodal and finally to appellate bodies which did not bother responding.
Cant help but feel cheated by Nextra and their fake promise,

Sir i have complained to you so many times but it is not resolved. I don't know why it's happening and sir i am very disappointed from nextra. In month of july i had complained 10-20 times and in August also
