Hi.

I have brought noise loop lite smart watch from online shopping and the dealer/company is nexxbase marketing pvt ltd. I have ordered the same watch through gonoise.com.
On 18th september 16, around 530pm i have received the parcel through courier under the cod option.
After receiving the parcel and i unpacked it, it is found very low in quality and it is different from portraited pictures on web vs actual received and basically misleading case. Now within 15mins, i have made my mind to return the watch as return policy was there but not cleared on front page of smart watch sale and i have dropped the mail to their customer care about returning the consignment and processing the refund but i have got replied from their end about there is no refund policy and its a matter of confirm sale, which was not cleared when i was ordering the same and in today scenario, all big companies like amazon and flipkart have 100% option of return policy on each and every product.

Now i am feeling cheated and they have closed my request after giving unsatisfactory respond.
