My name is anand and i am from guwahati. I had been your customer since long. I would like to bring to your kind notice vide my mob no. [protected] a series o[censored]nauthorised transaction of rs 60 had been made from my account for which no otp/ sms alert has been forwarded. The details of transactions made are as follows

2. It is requested tha the matter may please be investigated and the future transactions initiated vide subject mobile number may please be suspended.

3. The matter was already reported to your customer care executive on the same instance on finding i. E. 02 aug 16.
