Dear Sirs, This very serous complaint, with regards to NH8 Bharuch section. Since 10 year and above, the national highway bridge on Narmada River is in very very bad condition and you Yourself check what is going on? Always traffic jam and take 3 to 4 hours to clear that bridge. Why???? It seems that there is no responsible authority who can take care of and all private cars ans taxis are using Golden bridge. Why???

I was pay tall tax but the road is not clean there is multiple pits on the road.
I pay 80rs on bagwada tall in gujarat but the road has multiple pits, why many pits on the road this is not acceptable.
Can anyone provide reason why should I pay for gifts road. Even highway couldn't have pits in other country.
