Yesterday I went to nicco park where my niece got hurt.We went to the first aid in charge. She was reluctant and asked my niece to clean her wound herself. When I told her she said she would do as she pleased. When I went to complain the people there also sided with her and said she was a doctor and would not clean wounds. Why is she sitting there...and what kind of behaviour do these people exhibit.I filed a complaint but did not give details coz I don't know if they will show to the authorities or not.they run the show it seems...my serial no.
