Nidan Ayurveda — Not refunding amount

I have bought weight loss product and they committed if you will have any problem they will refund the money. And i started having side effect and i have informed them so many time about my problem and asled for my refund. No response from them. They dont pick the call now. This company is fraud. They will do big promises in the beginning but later when problem comes they run away, please help us to get our money. I have paid 5200rs.
