We have sent one consignment through fedex courier to uae (Kelpe technical fzc - account number[protected] on 09.03.2018. The awb number is[protected]. The package was expected to be delivered on 12/03/2018. But never got delivered on the expected date. We never got a call back from any agent on the same day about delivering the package, as we were waiting on the same. When we contacted fedex customer care they had informed that since the checklist is not been approved the consignment will be returned to us. The mail for the checklist approval has been sent to wrong mail id was on 16.03.2018. But we have no information about this. We have been following this consignment since from 16.03.2018, but there is no proper support or co-operation from fedex. We completely vexed with the service and want to escalate this issue, as this caused a huge damage to our reputation.
Fedex should provide a realistic timelines when giving estimates of delivery especially when charging a premium with service like international priority and post periodic updates of the package.
