Today, on august 2, i mailed my resume letter at 10 o'clock in my corporate email id basant parashar @nifa india com, but its password was changed from the head office of the domain admin and my resign letter was deleted.
I have all documents ojt new batch and old batch & id card and corporate sim also handover kota center manager mr. Jitendra nagar sir.
I am writing to notify you that i am resigning from my position regional placement manager with nifa info comp services pvt. Ltd on 2nd august 2019. I have health issue problems & i will not have to make fake work offer letter and letter head., but i am unable to work further i apologize for not being able to provide you two month’ notice. Due to circumstances being beyond my control, i am required to resign immediately.
I will not have to make fake work offer letter and letter head. That's why i'm giving my resign letter.
I can only do the right thing which is right as if i have done the placement of children and reliance and pantalone retail and dr. Itm bpo and burger king, the children who received their offer letter. And the offer letter from the other children will also come. When the students do not go for training on the train from the center, the company will not even give you a letter head. And it will not work to make me a fake letter head.
All center manager and management staff think that i do not get any work from center level placement. So sorry i killed your valuable time.
And i hope that my resignation does not stop the salaries of 21 days in the month of july and please be given the cost of my tours and travels amount of 4723 rupees.

You do not know about the ddu-gky project. So do not raise finger on someone's professional. I'm talking about the experience of the work. That is why i want to tell you for more information. All students have to undergo 24 days of ojt training in the company to do ojt. How can any hr of ojt training be certified to all students on their letter head.

There are ojt formats all the students of the student were not interested in doing ojt. So how can any hr manager make children's ojt certificate on their letter head? Will you give your letter head to hr manager nifa to anyone and why would i let any hr job trouble me to save my job.

If my july month salaried and my july tours before 12th august and if my resign letter is not accepted without notice period. I will complain to rsldc managing director, sir, and with zonal coordinator manish ji sir and gourav ji sir and kota dsc mr. Harshit agarwal also and i will complain also ashok chandna ji, minister of youth affairs and sports, skills, employment in the government of rajasthan. I will also inform skill development central minister mahendra nath pandey sir. And i will also complain in the labor court.

This will damage my salary of 2 months but your loss will be lost. Think this once. All the fake batch and all the earlier fake work will come out.

So i have given my resign because of not doing fake work. And i will never do a fake job.
